RODO clauses

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of executing the contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
Your personal data will be able to be transferred only to entities authorized by law.
Your personal data will be processed until the purpose of processing ceases or for the period
resulting from the archival category of documents in which the data are included, as specified in the provisions
implementing the Law on National Archival Resources and Archives.
You have the right to request from the Administrator:
- access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data,
- object to its processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw your consent to data processing, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal data to a supervisory authority.
Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, the consequence of failure to provide personal data required by the Administrator is the inability to conclude and perform the contract. The content of the information clause results from the implementation of the information obligation contained in Article 13 of the Regulation (EU)2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
